This home's one and one half (1 ½) stories which included two bedrooms on the second floor and one bathroom on the first floor was renovated into a full two storey, three bedroom, two bathroom home.

Having a full bathroom on the second floor added untold convenience along with extra closet space that includes a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, two additional linen closets on the second floor and two full size closets in the other two bedrooms.

This quaint home was historically developed from a cottage. It's smallish rooms and layout needed some renovations to give the family a larger, more useable living space. Muller Custom built a 20'x18' addition to the existing structure, giving the family a new master bedroom with an ensuite and two closets, one of which is a walk-in.

The addition also enlarged the living room area while opening the area up. As an added feature the home owner chose a garden window to be installed to house her beautiful plants year round.

A deck was built with glass panels so as not to abstruct the view of the ocean below.
